Online Return Policy
The following policies apply to all returns:
IN STORE PURCHASES: NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS
If you are shopping in our store, you are able to examine the items in person. We also provide dressing rooms, and we strongly encourage you to try on items to insure proper fit.
ONLINE ORDERS: The following items are not returnable:
Swimwear, Holiday items, and any item discounted more than 50%. Once items are discounted more than 50%, they are considered clearance items and can no longer be returned.
Returns are accepted with a postmark date of no more than 7 days of receipt of the order. After 7 days, the item(s) will not be accepted for return.
Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packing list and all tags still attached to the item. Each returned item will assess a $1.25 restocking fee.
You will receive an email once your return has been received. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Payment will be credited back to you through your original payment method.
We strive to select only top quality merchandise for our shop. We do understand that if you are shopping online, the need for a return could sometimes occur. Abuse of such policies will not be tolerated. If we determine a customer is returning an unreasonable number of purchases, we may restrict or refuse that client’s access to Encore Kids Consignment returns altogether. We appreciate your understanding.
